1)      SWAMP functions as a workshop in which participants read the paper beforehand and come together to discuss the research and make the paper better.  Papers are usually available 1-2 weeks before a given session.   Email to receive a copy of the paper for a given session.   Do not circulate any papers further than the group of readers who convene to discuss them.

2)      SWAMP is open to any member of the University community.
